Master yoga
and pilates trainer Arleen Garrett brought the idea to her studio in April of 2008. Garrett who competed for ten years as
a professionals body builder, and was also a trainer for the 2005 winter Olympics understands the importance of fitness. Her
clientele span the generational gap from those in their twenties to those in their eighties.
