With the New Studio Location I will
be adding NEW Classes & Times to the schedule to cater to the working men and women in
the downtown community. Therefore, for those of you that work down town, please email me (using
the form box below)with convenient times before and after your working hours. I would also like to hear from you regarding what type of classes
you would like to see offered, as we are not limited to Yoga and Pilates. We are a Health & Wellness Studio.
I will be offering various
workshops & speakers to discuss topics such as nutrition, training for sports specific, stress management,
fibromialgia, Children & Senior specific workshops etc. My vision is to use the studio space around class times as a Social Community Gathering Place where you
can bring your lunch, relax, unwind, stretch, meditate, etc while listening to good music, reading, eating healthy
snacks, and BYO Beverages... Any other ideas or concerns please feel free to express
them . Thank you, Namaste' “The Divine in me recognizes the divine in you” Mutual respect is acknowledged between the

all that hung in there and waited. I truly appreciate your patience. Hi Everyone, Today is Tuesday
the 25th of August...My follow up visit is in two days..I am so excited. My Physical Therapist told me yesterday that

after he releases me tomorrow, and my follow up appointment on Thursday , I will be ready to resume teaching . Physically
I will not be able to do muc. but at least I can teach you.. I
cannot drive for eight weeks, but I will have someone drive me... I
will plan on seeing all of you on Monday, August 31st. Same time, Same place.. Even though it has only been two and half weeks, it seems like months... I can't wait to resume where
we left off.. See you MONDAY..... Namaste' Arleen

Hi to all... I hope everyone is doing well. I miss you all. I would like to thank everyone that came to see
me in the hospital and those that have phoned me. I don't remember any of it, but my sister kept notes for me... Thank you so very much.... For those that don't know what I am referring to : Last week I had to have emergency surgery after arriving back from a
weekend trip to TN.
When I returned I stepped out of the car and my left hip totally
collapsed. I had to go to the hospital immediatly and
a total left hip replacement had to be performed. My recovery time is unknown at this time.. My instructions are to use my walker or crutches and to work with my in house Physical Therapist that meets with me
3 days per week until my follow up visit…Which is 8/27.This last week has not been pleasant.
The surgery and three days following were very painful and uncomfortable. Today is a week
since the surgery , and I feel much much better. I am walking on my walker much easier.. I have had three
PT sessions which are helping me adjust to my new hip. The last
few days I have felt like I could resume teaching. Verbally of course… I will not be able to physically
use my new hip until my follow up visit which again is on the 27th. of August. I will keep you up to date on this
announcement page, All classes will resume as soon as possible. I am so sorry for the interuption.
I will be back as soon as I receive the ok.Please feel free to phone me at anytime. I would love to hear from all of
you. One last thing I would like to share with you… I am
so thankful that my profession is what it is, because without the strength that I achieve teaching you, my recovery COULD
not have been nearly as successful. I thank the Lord for giving me the strength through
exercise to HEAL. Please continue to exercise without me, gain strength, flexibility, and freedom of movement.
This journey , and only one week of it , keeps my mind constantly revolving around one question “How does anyone,
that is not strong and healthy EVER get through a major surgery like this one? Namaste’
