Lets Welcome Gaby Magarelli She will be introducing her class
on Tuesdays at 10:00 am-11:30 am. Please familarize yourself
with Gaby below.
Her style of teaching encourages a quiet, gentle,
reflective approach. Gaby Magarelli received her yoga-teaching certificate in March 2003 from the Freehold Yoga Center after 300 hours of training.
Gaby is registered with the National Yoga Alliance, an organization of professional teachers and teaches yoga in the classical
style of Sivananda. click here to read about Sivananda yoga Gaby was teaching at two adult communities and at the Wellness Center at
Kimball Medical Center. She has organized classes in her own home as well as having taught private classes. Gaby believes that through the practice of yoga, the student comes to a place of peace, both
in body and mind. Yoga is not only an extremely beneficial exercise for the whole body, but also a great stress reliever.
The tranquil faces of her students when leaving the class, tell of the great benefits to be derived from yoga.
Arleen will be resuming her Wednesday "Hot" Lean Yogalattes class at 5:30 pm.

Physiologist Four week workshop Thursday Afternoons to be announced February to be announced & or Tuesday Evenings to be announced Februaryto be announced Cost : $32.00 (all four classes) Few Things are as overlooked and yet absolutely
critical to our health and well-being as our posture. Arleen will offer information and the tools for learning , she identifies
the key anatomical features that impact alignment, particularly in light of our modern sedentary lives, and proposes six zones
that help create postural changes: the pelvic floor, the breathing muscles, the abdomen, the hands, the feet, and the head.
She offers self-help exercises that enable healthy function in each zone. As well as information on basic ergonomics and case
histories to inspire us to think about our own habitual movements. Unfortunately we are Not educated on aging gracefully, how to maintain a Youthful appearance through
body awareness. Healing your posture is a process of self-discovery-----mental---emotional----and
physical. Allow Arleen to share her 30 years of experience helping
others with their Bodies. She will educate you about postural self-care so that you can relieve chronic pain and enjoy all
life activities with greater ease. A powerful way to experience
this workshop is to share it with a friend. Better yet a small group of people. You will boost your awareness enormously by
meeting regularly to practice the exercises and share your experiences. We make our best progress in any endeavor with the
support, encouragement, and protection of others. During these four weeks Arleen explains this material in an uncomplicated, hands
