TUESDAY: Exploring the HAMMOCK with ARLEEN 5:30 pm 6:40 pm ↓
A class working all muscle groups using "Fitness in Flight" exercises. Exercises
vary weekly for all levels
WEDNESDAY: HOT Lean YOGA & Pilates Flow with ARLEEN
↑ 5:30 pm -6:45 pm
A vinyassa flow class varrying weekly consisting of yoga & pilates exersises. Level 2 to advanced.
THURSDAY: Ya never KNOW!
5:30 pm-6:45 pm with ARLEEN
STRENGTH, Flexibility, Fat Burning and BALANCE. FIRM and TONE the ENTIRE BODY .
A class using light dumbells, bands, poles, rings, hammock, yoga, pilates mat. Pilates equipment.
