 WEDNESDAY:  HOT LEAN YOGALATTES with Arleen    5:30 pm -7:00 pm

Monday Afternoon 12:00 pm - 12:45 pm  Afternonn Pick Me Up:  A combination of energizing moves to invigorate the body and mind.

Wednesday Mornings 6:30am-7:15am  Morning Awakening:  A combination of yoga and pilate stretches to start your day off right.

Tuesday and Thursday evenings 7:00 pm- 8:15 pm  "Hot" Lean YogaLattes:  A combination of yoga & pilates in a heated room for optimal fat burning and detoxification.
