 TUESDAY: Exploring THE HAMMOCK  9:15am 10:30 am               CalmingYoga with GABY 10:00-11:30 am

MONDAY: HOT Lean Yoga Series with ARLEEN  5:30 PM -7:00 PM

TUESDAY:  Exploring the HAMMOCK 5:30 PM-6:45 PM with ARLEEN 

 WEDNESDAY:  YogaLattes Flow at Alamance Regiional Hospital until Feb 17th    HOT LEAN YOGALATTES with Arleen (will resume Feb 17th at the Studio)

Monday Afternoon 12:00 pm - 12:45 pm  Afternonn Pick Me Up:  A combination of energizing moves to invigorate the body and mind.

Wednesday Mornings 6:30am-7:15am  Morning Awakening:  A combination of yoga and pilate stretches to start your day off right.

Tuesday and Thursday evenings 7:00 pm- 8:15 pm  "Hot" Lean YogaLattes:  A combination of yoga & pilates in a heated room for optimal fat burning and detoxification.
