EVENING CLASSES  MONDAY - THURSDAY      Upstairs (Front)Studio          Upstairs (Rear) Studio↑→  Downstairs Studio

MONDAY:  YOGA  with ARLEEN  5:30 pm 6:40 pm 

A class Exploring Various asanas, asanas will vary weekly Practiced in a warm room for all levels

 TUESDAY:  Exploring the HAMMOCK    with ARLEEN  5:30 pm 6:40 pm   ↓ 

A class working all muscle groups  using "Fitness in Flight"  exercises. Exercises vary weekly  for all levels

WEDNESDAY:  HOT Lean YOGA & Pilates  Flow with  ARLEEN     5:30 pm -6:45 pm 

A vinyassa flow class varrying weekly  consisting of yoga & pilates exersises.  Level 2 to advanced.

 THURSDAY: Ya never KNOW!         5:30 pm-6:45 pm with  ARLEEN 

STRENGTH, Flexibility, Fat Burning and BALANCE. FIRM and TONE the ENTIRE BODY . 

 A class using light dumbells, bands, poles, rings, hammock, yoga, pilates mat. Pilates  equipment. 

 Ya just never know what we will use  for all levels

Monday Afternoon 12:00 pm - 12:45 pm  Afternonn Pick Me Up:  A combination of energizing (but no sweating) moves to invigorate the body and mind.

Wednesday Mornings 6:30am-7:15am  Morning Awakening:  A combination of yoga and pilate stretches to start your day off right.

Tuesday and Thursday evenings 4:00 pm- 5:15 pm Hammock Fitness in Flight:  Expoloring the Hammock, Firming, Toning, Balance, Flexibility, and Strength utilizing the use of the Hammock Swing.  

Monday and Wednesday evenings 4:00 pm- 5:15 pm  Yoga Peace:  Unwind with a peaceful stretching yoga to fight the stresses of your day.
